Go Vikings!

We ventured up to Minnesota last weekend with some friends of ours to take Adelynn to her first Vikings game. Armed with a portable DVD player and Elmo and Minnie, this trip went much better than last year!

Getting ready with Peyton at the hotel, and showcasing her new love of wearing socks on her hands...

She had done well all weekend, but broke down on the way to the game

We were a little afraid of how she would do at the game as the Metrodome is VERY loud, but she loved it. She clapped and cheered, and loved the weird Viking horn thing. The people around us thought she was quite cute and luckily didn't seem to mind her walking around in the seats.

She even managed to take a little name for about a quarter of the game...I have no idea how she slept in that place but both she and Peyton got a few winks in!

And then she was up and ready to go again!

Ahhh, nachos, the lunch of champions!

Not game related, but daddy is training her well!

Halloween!

Adelynn had a great Halloween. This is the first time we've taken her out trick-or-treating in the neighborhood and she had a blast. She got so excited everytime someone gave her candy. We only went to about 5 houses and had a heck of a time getting her inside.

Here are some more fall pictures I haven't gotten up yet. First up is our trip to the pumpkin farm with Nick, Emilie, and Peyton...it was 85 degrees out and we lasted about an hour before both girls started getting a heat rash.
